Ardmaleish Boatbuilding Company is situated on the Island of Bute in Scotland's Firth of Clyde, near the famous holiday resort of Rothesay. Bute is easily accessible by 35 minute car ferry to the mainland at Wemyss Bay which is only 30 minutes from Glasgow Airport by car. Access to the island can also be had via the short ferry crossing between Rhubodach and Colintraive just a few miles north of the yard. |
